CHANGES ARE COMING TO YOUR YARDMASTER BILLING CYCLE!

Beginning May 1st, your Yardmaster Billing Cycle will be updated!

Forestry Systems will need your help and understanding as we restructure to optimize our workflow and save our customers money.

We are moving from monthly payments to a quarterly billing plan for all existing Yardmaster Customers. This means you will be billed for your Yardmaster System every 3 months, instead of the current monthly structure. We believe this payment structure update will benefit both us and our customers, allowing us to better serve you and your needs going forward.

All existing Yardmaster Customers will receive a $5 credit per month, providing you
with $60 in savings per year!

We understand that this is short-notice, but we also understand that you don’t like to have a monthly payment when presented with the option of quarterly payments.

This change is being implemented over the next month, and we will be billing for the second quarter of 2026. These payments will be spread out over the next few weeks, and once completed, you will not be billed again until July 1st for your third quarter usage.

This change will be reflected on your billing statement for May, which will be combined with your June
billing statement. You will receive your May billing statement later this month, and your June billing
statement on May 1st.

We appreciate your understanding, and by reducing the amount of annual billings, we can reduce our administrative costs and pass those savings directly on to you. If this causes your company any hardship, we will be more than happy to work with you and any payment arrangement needed.
